What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes the same full service, whichever length you pick, with no cut-down entry tier. You get live TV across sports, news, entertainment, movies, kids and international, plus the VOD library, and HD and 4K where the source supports it. One login works across Firestick, Android, iOS, Apple TV, Smart TV, Windows, MAG and Enigma2, with one connection included and more available as an add-on.
Is there a VU IPTV player premium version?
No. There is no separate premium tier and nothing extra to unlock. HD, 4K and the full VOD library are included in all three plans, so the only difference between them is the subscription length and the monthly rate. If you have seen a third-party app advertising a paid ‘premium’ unlock, it is not part of VU IPTV.
Can I watch on more than one device?
Each plan includes one connection, which is one stream at a time. If you want to watch on a second device at the same time, you can buy an extra connection as an add-on. You can still install the app on all your devices under one login.
How do I pay?
You pay once for the plan length you choose, in USD, by bank transfer, Remitly or crypto. Your login is issued straight after payment so you can sign in and start watching. If a payment question comes up, contact support@vu-iptv.com or WhatsApp +44 7475 498002.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The 24-hour free trial needs no card and gives the same access as a paid plan. Try it, then pick the plan that suits you, which is also the best way to avoid a refund request in the first place.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support and we will review your case if the service cannot be made to work for you. The 24-hour free trial lets you test everything before paying, so you can confirm it runs on your setup first.
