2. Money-back guarantee
If you experience a technical problem we are unable to resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to fix the issue first; if we cannot, we will refund your payment.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@vu-iptv.com or message us on WhatsApp with your account email and a short description of the problem. Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the next steps.
4. Situations not eligible for a refund
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Issues caused by your own internet connection, hardware or third-party apps.
- Refusal to follow reasonable troubleshooting steps from our support team.
- Violations of our Terms of Service, including account sharing or resale.
- Change of mind after the service has been confirmed working on your device.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. Refunds of cryptocurrency payments are returned as the equivalent value at the time of refund.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
