What VU IPTV is and how it works
What is VU IPTV?
VU IPTV is a subscription IPTV streaming service. It delivers live TV and VOD movies and shows in HD and 4K over your internet connection, and you watch it in an IPTV player app on Firestick, Android, iOS, Smart TV or Windows.
What does IPTV mean?
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. It delivers TV channels and VOD films over an internet connection instead of an aerial, a satellite dish or a cable line. As a result, you can watch on a Smart TV, a streaming stick, a phone or a laptop.
Is VU IPTV the same as Vu+ or a “Vu IPTV Player” app?
No. VU IPTV is not affiliated with Vu+ satellite receivers or any third-party application called “Vu IPTV Player”. It is an independent subscription service.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. There is a 24-hour free trial with no card required, and it gives you the same access as a paid plan. You can start it on the free trial page and watch on your own device before you decide.

VU IPTV plans and payment
How much does VU IPTV cost?
Plans are $29.99 for three months, $59.99 for six months and $89.99 for a year, all in USD. The 1 Year plan is the best value at about $7.50 a month. Every plan includes the same HD and 4K streaming and VOD library. See every option on the pricing page.
Is there a premium version?
No. There is no separate locked “premium” tier and nothing extra to unlock. HD, 4K and the full VOD library are included in all three plans, so the only difference between them is the subscription length.
How do I pay for VU IPTV?
Payment is arranged with our team on WhatsApp when you order, and all prices are in USD. No payment is taken on the website: after you place an order, we confirm the payment options with you, and your login is sent as soon as payment is confirmed.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay once for a fixed plan length of 3, 6 or 12 months, and there is no contract to sign.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available only on plans of 6 months or longer, and you must cancel within 2 days of purchase. A 25% processing fee applies, and approved refunds are paid within 3 to 5 business days. The 3-month plan is not refundable, so we recommend the free trial first. Full details are in our refund policy.
Do you offer a VU IPTV reseller plan?
Yes. Resellers get a control panel to create free trials, activate paid subscriptions and manage their own customers using credits, from €2.50 per credit. Packages and ordering are on the reseller page.

VU IPTV devices and setup
Which devices does VU IPTV work on?
VU IPTV works on Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV and boxes, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Windows, and MAG and Enigma2 boxes. One login works across all of them, on one device at a time.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. You install an IPTV player app, enter your VU IPTV login and start watching. There is no dish, no cable box and no engineer visit. If you get stuck on any device, our team will guide you on WhatsApp.
Can I watch on more than one device at the same time?
Not at the same time. Each plan includes one connection, and simultaneous connections are not allowed. To watch on more than one device at the same time, you need a separate subscription for each device. Each extra subscription can use the same username, with a different password.
Can I get help setting up my device?
Yes. Send us the device you are using and the step you reached, and we will guide you from there. We help with Firestick, Android TV, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, Smart TVs, Windows, and MAG or Enigma2 boxes.

Streaming quality and buffering
What internet speed do I need for VU IPTV?
Aim for about 10 Mbps for HD and about 25 Mbps for 4K, for each device streaming at once. A wired connection is also steadier than Wi-Fi, especially for 4K.
Can I watch in 4K?
Yes. HD and 4K are included in every plan wherever the source supports it. For 4K, use a 4K-capable device and a connection of about 25 Mbps.
Why is my stream buffering?
Buffering is almost always the network or the app cache, not the stream. Restart the app and device, clear the app cache, and check your connection. HD needs about 10 Mbps and 4K about 25 Mbps. If it continues, contact support with your device and a speed-test result.
Does a wired connection help?
Often, yes. A wired Ethernet connection is steadier than Wi-Fi, especially for 4K, because it avoids interference and signal drops.
