• Free trial requests: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, streaming device, the channel and VOD packages you choose, your adult-content preference and, for MAG devices, the MAC address.
• Orders: the same details as a trial request, plus the plan you choose and its price.
• Login details we create: the username, password and playlist links we issue so you can watch the service.
• Payments: payments are made outside the website, using a payment option agreed with our team. We record that a payment was received, but we do not collect or store card or bank login details.
• Support messages: the messages, screenshots and details you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: when you submit a trial request or an order, we record your IP address. For trial requests we also create a device fingerprint from your browser, which helps us stop duplicate or abusive trial requests.

• To review trial requests, set up your trial or subscription and send your login details.
• To confirm payments and manage your subscription, including renewals.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send service emails, such as trial approvals, login details and reminders before a trial or subscription ends.
• To prevent fraud, duplicate trials, account sharing and other misuse of the service.

The VU IPTV website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. WordPress stores a small technical setting in your browser session to check emoji support. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the website from abuse.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will continue to work.

• Hosting and security providers that host the website and protect it from attacks.
• Email providers that deliver our service emails.

• Payment providers you choose to pay through, such as your bank, under their own terms. Some payment methods keep a public record of transactions.
• Authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

We send service emails about your trial or subscription, including reminders shortly before it ends. Every reminder email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop reminders at any time.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us from the address linked to your trial or subscription, and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
