VU IPTV Terms of Service

VU IPTV provides access to streaming of live channels and VOD content over the internet. VU IPTV is an independent subscription service: you watch it in an IPTV player app on a compatible device, using the login we send you. A compatible device and a stable internet connection are required. Channel line-ups and content libraries may change and vary by region.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

• Subscriptions are sold for fixed terms of 3, 6 or 12 months at the prices shown on our pricing page. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Payment is made in advance, using a payment option our team confirms with you when you order. No payment is taken on the website: after you place an order, our team confirms the payment options with you on WhatsApp. Access begins once payment is confirmed.
• The free trial gives 24 hours of temporary access, with no card required, so you can test the service before purchasing.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Each subscription includes one connection, which means it can stream on one device at a time. Simultaneous connections are not allowed. To watch on more than one device at the same time, you need a separate subscription for each device; each extra subscription can use the same username, with a different password.

You agree not to share, resell or redistribute your account or the content; not to use the service for any unlawful purpose; and not to attempt to circumvent, copy or interfere with the service or its security. Each subscription is for personal use. Selling access is only permitted through our reseller programme.

All trademarks, logos and content available through the service are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or factors beyond our control, including your internet connection.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VU IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy.

We may update these VU IPTV Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
