1. The service
VU IPTV provides access to streaming of live channels and VOD content over the internet. A compatible device and a stable internet connection are required. Channel line-ups and content libraries may change and vary by region.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions, billing and free trials
- Subscriptions are sold for fixed terms (for example 1, 6 or 12 months) at the prices shown at checkout.
- Free trials give temporary access so you can test the service before purchasing.
- Payment is due in advance. Access begins once payment is confirmed.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share, resell or redistribute your account or the content; not to use the service for any unlawful purpose; and not to attempt to circumvent, copy or interfere with the service or its security. Each subscription is for personal use within the permitted number of connections.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VU IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
