Fix buffering
If playback stalls after setup it is almost always network or cache, not the install. Work through these in order, aiming for about 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
- Restart the app. Close the VU IPTV player fully and reopen it to clear a temporary stream stall.
- Clear the app cache. In your device settings, find the VU IPTV player under Apps, then select Clear cache. Do not select Clear data, as that removes your login.
- Check your internet speed. Run a speed test and aim for about 10 Mbps for HD and about 25 Mbps for 4K.
- Close background apps. Shut other apps and downloads that share your connection.
- Restart your router. Turn it off, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on, then give it a minute to reconnect.
- Try a wired connection. If your device supports Ethernet, connect it directly to the router for a steadier link, especially for 4K.
- Lower the stream quality. In the player, switch from 4K to HD to hold steady on a slower connection.

What if I only have my M3U or Xtream code?
That is fine. The VU IPTV player accepts a VU IPTV login, an M3U URL, or an Xtream code. Enter whichever you have on the sign-in screen and your channels load.
